Production Specialist Chemistry

Your area of responsibility includes, among other things, the production of metal effect pigments. You prepare various pastes and powders according to recipes. For production, you prepare apparatus for the production process, monitor them and carry out quality checks. Furthermore, you assist in the packaging and storage of finished products. In addition to a large number of training departments in the area of production, your apprenticeship includes basic metal training and assignments in various plant laboratories. Typical learning contents are: weighing raw materials, labeling and storing materials, filling and emptying aggregates, operating and monitoring production plants, taking samples, measuring chemical and physical properties, performing installation work, maintaining work equipment.
