Key User SAP S/4HANA Finance, fixed-term for 2 years

Key user for SAP S/4HANA FI in the general ledger and subledger areas (accounts receivable/payable). You support the migration of general ledger and subledger processes to the new SAP S/4HANA system and also work hands-on in the existing processes. The position is limited to 2 years.

• Key user for S/4HANA FI for the general ledger and subledger areas (accounts receivable/payable)
• Support and guide the migration of general ledger and subledger processes to the new SAP S/4HANA system, including hands-on work in the existing processes
• Analyze and document existing processes and convert them into SAP-compliant workflows
• Prepare a successful data migration, including master data adjustments in legacy systems
• Carry out functional tests, support data migration and error analysis
• Train and support local users in the general ledger and subledger areas
• Actively shape and implement change management measures to ensure a successful transformation
• Work closely with the central SAP project team, IT and the departments
• Create and maintain user documentation and work instructions

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, especially general ledger and subledger accounting (accounts receivable/payable)
• Sound knowledge of SAP FI, ideally as a key user
• Strong affinity for IT and good understanding of processes
• Experience with system implementations, migrations and change management is an advantage
• Fluent German and English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Initiative, independent way of working and hands-on mentality
