About this Apprenticeship
The General Counsel and Compliance departments are seeking a working student in Munich to start as soon as possible for 10 to 20 hours per week. During university breaks, you can work up to 38 hours per week. You support in-house lawyers and specialists with legal and organizational tasks.
What You'll Learn
- You handle administrative and organizational tasks, such as managing correspondence, drafting legal documents, creating and maintaining electronic files, and organizing the legal library and journals
- You enter a variety of content into the international compliance community's internal IT analysis tool
- You research files and facts for court and administrative proceedings and carry out research in legal databases
- You contribute fresh and innovative ideas on legal and organizational topics
Requirements
- You are studying Law or a similar subject
- You have good knowledge of MS Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You are reliable and precise
- You are highly motivated, show initiative and enjoy independent, structured work
- You communicate well, show commitment and work well in a team
