About this Apprenticeship
CosmosDirekt delights customers with speed, expertise and excellent customer and claims service across all lines of insurance. As a working student (m/f/d), you support the Claims-Composite department, motor claims processing group, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
What You'll Learn
- Support in the team's phone service to ensure availability by phone
- Taking new claims and the related support and phone advice for customers and injured parties
- Directing cases to our cooperation partners in the partner workshop network and to car rental companies
Requirements
- You are studying and want to gain practical experience
- You have good communication skills and a confident manner on the phone
- You stand out through your goal-oriented, careful and independent way of working
- You are motivated and team-oriented
- Application with a current proof of enrollment
