Service and Assembly Technician for Euskirchen

As a service technician (m/f/d) in the field, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our products at the customer's site, both in new buildings and in retrofitting new products in existing buildings.

Commissioning, Maintenance and Repair: You ensure the smooth operation of our products, especially automatic door systems, smoke extraction and escape route systems, in new buildings and retrofits Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: You analyze causes of malfunctions and ensure quick, competent solutions Consulting and Customer Service: You advise our customers on-site in a solution-oriented manner and are competently available for technical queries Brand Representation: As the face of GEZE, you represent our company professionally to our customers Service Area Support around Place of Residence: You process customer orders in the vicinity of your place of residence

Training: Completed training in the field of mechatronics, electrician/electronics technician or metalworker with basic electrical knowledge Professional experience: You have already gained initial professional experience as a service technician in the field for electromechanical products and bring manual dexterity from your previous activities Place of residence in the region: You live in the region to be quickly on-site with our customers and avoid long travel times Strong service orientation, sales-oriented thinking and communication skills Driver's license class B required
