Ensuring functionality of buildings and technical facilities, monitoring machinery and equipment, planning and organizing maintenance intervals, coordinating adjustments and repairs, supporting occupational safety and investment projects, optimizing plants, documenting technical operations.

Ensure functionality of buildings and technical facilities; monitor machinery, equipment and operating resources in compliance with legal frameworks; plan and organize maintenance intervals and cycles; initiate, coordinate and perform adjustments and repairs; support plant management in implementing occupational, environmental and safety regulations; optimize existing plants for process safety, product quality, throughput, ergonomics and efficiency; support development of new processes, machines and plants; plan and calculate replacement and new procurement; support investment projects and site projects; document technical operations, create operating manuals, maintain IT systems/databases.

Completed degree (University of Applied Sciences or University) in Production/Process Engineering, Mechanical/Plant Engineering or Electrical Engineering; several years of project management experience, ideally in plant construction and maintenance; knowledge of Operational Safety Ordinance, Federal Immission Control Act, Incident Management and nuclear regulations an advantage; problem-solving skills, organizational talent, business acumen, communication skills, time management, leadership, assertiveness.
