• Inside sales with focus on heating, sanitary, installation and renewable energy systems
• Expert advice and support of customers
• Creation and processing of quotations and orders
• Act as reliable contact person – from consultation to order processing and support
• Inspire customers with the right offers for difficult tasks and convince them to buy
• Constructive cooperation with our field sales team
• Strengthen customer relationships through sound technical expertise and solution-oriented, friendly manner

• Comprehensive expertise in all relevant areas of responsibility
• Many years of professional experience and confident handling of industry-typical processes
• High professional competence and structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Confident and service-oriented customer contact, both in person and by telephone
• Ideally sound industry knowledge for quick familiarisation and effective collaboration
• A completed commercial and/or technical vocational training
• Several years of professional practice in our industry and a deep understanding of daily work in the skilled trades
• Sound technical knowledge
• Genuine passion for sales
• A confident, friendly manner on the telephone
