General office organization/tasks as well as telephone and written support of organizational units; Preparation of offers and contracts as well as invoice creation and invoice control; Commercial support of supply projects (electricity, heat, etc.) including preparation of billing and reporting including handover/interface to/from accounting; Observation/analysis of environmental, market, and competitive conditions and development trends, support in developing product strategies; Support in project processing, development, and operation (e.g., sharing, tenant electricity…); Marketing/sales of products; Process optimization/design of value-added activities

You have completed commercial training with several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification; Ideally you have experience in the housing industry and/or energy industry; You are digitally well-equipped (MS Office) and are an organizational talent; You have a strong service mindset and appear friendly and courteous; You are resilient and have a high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and flexibility; You enjoy working in a team and contribute to environmentally conscious and economic sustainability; You have a very good command of the German language, both written and spoken
