Apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk

The three-year apprenticeship provides insight into logistics, leasing, office organization, and back-office operations. It starts on 1 August 2027 in Hamburg. EDG is the purchasing company for HANSETRANS transport operations and primarily manages the leasing of commercial vehicles in the truck segment.

• Assist with purchasing commercial and company vehicles
• Prepare and manage leasing and rental agreements
• Control and coordinate orders
• Support commercial processes from ordering through delivery
• Support the team in day-to-day operations and organize appointments
• Organize driving-license checks and fuel cards

• Good intermediate school-leaving certificate or currently working toward one
• Excellent spoken and written German; additional languages are a real advantage
• Some experience with Word and Excel or curiosity to learn these skills
• Ability to grasp things quickly and stay organized during busy periods
• Friendly manner and enjoyment of communicating with people
• Curiosity, motivation, reliability, and ability to work in a team
