Make more out of tomorrow today. Start your future with NextSTEP! From 01.09.2027, your apprenticeship as a Process Mechanic for Ready-Mixed Concrete (f/m/d) begins at the concrete plant in Eppelheim, and together we ensure that our production runs smoothly.

Control production – between control desk and plant: Monitor and control the entire concrete production via modern digital systems; Load mixer trucks – ensure the perfect mix: Start the filling process of mixer trucks and check the recipe; Check quality – so the concrete delivers on its promise: Take samples, test quality and adjust settings; Understand technology – and get hands-on: Learn how mixers, conveyors, silos and dosing systems work, troubleshoot, clean, maintain and perform minor repairs; Coordination & scheduling – keep the plant running: Decide which driver goes when, which order has priority, which concrete goes where; Act as interface between office, plant and construction sites; Customer contact & communication: Accept orders, clarify questions, keep everyone up to date; Variety pure: Blend of technical understanding, manual skill, organizational planning, digital process control and communication

Good secondary school diploma (Haupt- or Realschulabschluss) and desire to start a career with lots of practical experience; Interest in technology and manual dexterity – you want to understand how machines work and get hands-on; You observe carefully and work attentively so that production runs smoothly; You enjoy communicating and have fun planning and organizing processes; You want to become a true all-rounder – with a mix of technology, digital office work, manual tasks at the plant, and direct customer contact; You learn quickly, are reliable and like working in a team
