Ready-Mixed Concrete Process Mechanic Apprenticeship

A three-year apprenticeship is offered at a concrete plant in Bremen. The training combines technology, organization, quality, digital process control and customer contact, teaching all required skills step by step.

Controlling and monitoring concrete production through digital systems; loading mixer trucks and checking recipes; taking concrete samples and checking quality; operating mixers, conveyors, silos and dosing systems; identifying causes of faults and supporting cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs; coordinating drivers, orders and deliveries; taking orders, answering questions and communicating with drivers, technical and quality teams and customers.

Lower or intermediate secondary school certificate; interest in technology and manual skills; attentive and accurate working style; enjoyment of communication, planning and organization; willingness to combine technical, organizational, practical and customer-facing tasks; quick learner, reliable and able to work in a team.
