Apprenticeship Professional Driver/Truck Driver 2027

For our concrete plant located in Saalfeld, we are looking for committed and motivated employees for an apprenticeship as a professional driver (f/m/d) starting 01.08.2026. Apprenticeship duration: 3 years. You don't want to sit at a desk all day, but be on the move and take responsibility? You are interested in large vehicles, technology, and how our building materials reliably reach the construction site? You bring movement to the construction site: You transport concrete and special products safely and precisely from the mixing plant to the construction site. You have everything in view: Before every trip you check your vehicle – brakes, engine, tires, signage, you make sure it runs. You think along: You ensure smooth loading and unloading and know how to bring material efficiently and safely to the place of use. You become a problem solver: You recognize technical faults early and rectify minor errors yourself. You ensure clarity: You record your tours digitally – so everyone knows what, when, and where was delivered. You are part of the team: You ensure that construction projects are made possible – with responsibility, overview, and technical know-how.

You have a lower secondary school certificate or intermediate school certificate. You are interested in large vehicles and want to understand how modern trucks work. You think ahead, like to plan ahead, and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You want to understand how our building materials reach their destination safely and on time. You like to take responsibility and enjoy working independently while being part of a team. You possess a valid car driving license.

Attractive remuneration: Collective agreement salary 1st apprenticeship year: €1,096 2nd year: €1,180 3rd year: €1,518. Apprenticeship & perspective: Sound and varied apprenticeship with the aim of long-term cooperation after successful completion.
