Apprenticeship as Professional Driver 2027 | Operate Self-Propelled Concrete Pumps and Modern Construction Equipment

Apprenticeship starting on 1 September 2027 at the Dettelbach concrete plant, specialising in concrete pumps. You will work on construction sites in the region and return home after each working day.

Safely operate mixer trucks and concrete pumps on construction sites; transport ready-mix concrete from the mixing plant to the site; prepare self-propelled concrete pumps for use; position and safely stabilise concrete pumps on construction sites; use the pump’s distribution boom to place concrete precisely; organise assignments independently and help plan the working day; identify faults early and assist with maintenance, care, cleaning and function checks; work on different construction sites.

Lower secondary school certificate or intermediate secondary school certificate; enthusiasm for large machines, modern technology and practical tasks; interest in technical relationships; thoughtful and careful working even in challenging situations; reliability and a sense of responsibility; ability to work in a team; ideally a valid car driving licence.
