For our sand and gravel plant located in Wiesental/Waghäusel, we are looking for committed and motivated young talents for an apprenticeship as a Construction Mechanic (f/m/d) starting 01.09.2027. You keep our modern plants running: So that sand and gravel turn into high-quality building materials, you support the maintenance, repair and upkeep of our largely automated processing plants. You learn how high-quality building materials are made from sand and gravel: You gain insights into the extraction and processing of sand and gravel and learn how the individual plants interact. You find out why something isn't running: When conveyor systems, crushers or screens don't work as usual, you go troubleshooting together with your team and get the technology back on track. You screw, assemble and machine metal components: Whether screens, pipelines, hoses or other plant parts. You replace wear parts, adjust components and ensure that our plants function reliably. You take responsibility in ongoing operations: With the wheel loader you support the loading of trucks and ensure that our customers are supplied with sand and gravel on time. You prefer being outdoors rather than just in a workshop: A large part of your apprenticeship takes place directly at our plants. Here you experience technology where it is in use every day. You have a lower secondary school certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate You are enthusiastic about technology, machines and manual work You like to get stuck in practically and prefer active work to sitting at a desk all day You enjoy working outdoors and can imagine being in the middle of the operational action You work reliably, think ahead and want to move things forward together with your team
