Thesis/Internship: Optimizing Processes/Components in the Assembly of a Printing Press

To assemble a printing press, all components must be available at final assembly at the same time and all upstream processes must mesh perfectly. In this setting HEIDELBERG offers project tasks to optimize assembly, logistics and digitalization processes or printing press components, reduce lead times and save costs. Methods such as lean management, value stream analysis or similar may be used.
