A dual university study programme in cooperation with Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Mannheim leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - International Business. HEIDELBERG offers structured onboarding, seminars, workshops, projects and development meetings to support a successful start to a career.

• Acquire broad business-administration knowledge
• Work on international, practice-oriented projects and topics
• Address economic and business-administration questions in the context of internationally operating companies
• Become familiar with a globally operating company
• Work in international project teams and optionally complete assignments abroad during theory and practical phases

• Academic requirements:
• Preferably Abitur
• Knowledge of business administration, ideally acquired at a business-focused secondary school
• Fluent spoken and written English plus good knowledge of at least one additional foreign language, preferably Spanish

• Personal requirements:
• Openness to new cultures and a general interest in working outside Germany during and after the programme
• Courage to contribute ideas, communication skills and a strong team spirit
• Willingness to learn, personal responsibility for development and goals, and ability to self-reflect
