The Human Resources department at the Amstetten site is looking for an experienced HR Officer / HR Business Partner (m/f/d).

What You'll Learn

Personnel support and advice for employees and managers on all HR topics within the defined areas of responsibility
Advising the departments on operational HR questions
Carrying out the entire recruiting process
Support with personnel development measures
Contributing to HR projects and special topics as well as continuous development of HR processes
Carrying out personnel planning
Creating evaluations and statistics (HR reporting)
Active absence management and workplace reintegration management
Coordination and internal organization of temporary agency work

Requirements

Completed degree with a focus on HR management or comparable training with corresponding qualification, ideally with several years of professional experience
Strong and very good communication skills
Independent and self-reliant work with a structured, solution-oriented and careful approach and strong team player skills
Negotiation skills when dealing with the works council
Exceptional commitment and performance
Assertiveness, resilience and flexibility round off your profile
