• Independent organization and management of the chief physician's secretariat
• Central interface between medical staff, patients, relatives, resident doctors, administration, other departments, employers' liability insurance associations, association of statutory health insurance physicians and medical chamber
• Support of the chief physician with administrative and organizational tasks (correspondence, documentation and maintenance of patient and administrative files, management of doctors' duty and deployment schedules and audiometry)
• General secretarial work (mail processing, telephone, scheduling appointments for outpatients, scheduling surgery appointments, ordering expert opinions, billing according to GOÄ)

• Ideally professional experience in secretarial, assistance or administrative areas, preferably in healthcare
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with clinical and administrative IT systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills, a structured, independent and conscientious way of working
• High willingness to perform, flexibility and resilience
• Confident and friendly manner when dealing with patients, doctors, employees and external contacts
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
