Senior Night Shift Nurse

• Primary responsibility for the night watches of the facility and their support when needed
• Organization and coordination of cross-departmental processes to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Assumption of house authority in a management function and contact person for organizational questions during night duty
• Decision-making in problems and special challenges
• Staff shortage management including short-term replacement and break coverage
• Support with nursing activities, special situations, and the ability to independently manage a ward

• Qualification as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Medical fitness
• Strong teamwork skills and empathy
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and structured working style
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
