HR Administrator

Be part of our innovative team driving digitalization in HR! For our Krefeld location, we are looking for an HR Administrator (m/f/d) full-time or part-time at the earliest possible date.

• Employee support from entry to exit
• Responsibility for a defined group of employees in the hospital
• Maintenance of personnel master data (e-file)
• Support of personnel recruitment / application processes
• Processing of measures requiring consent
• Advising employees on all labor and collective bargaining law questions

• Completed training as HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience, ideally in healthcare
• Solid knowledge of labor, wage tax, and social security law
• Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with LOGA HR and Clinic Planner
• Team spirit, independent and structured working style
• Excellent communication skills and employee-oriented approach
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
