Project Assistant as Staff Unit to the Nursing Directorate

Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a Project Assistant as a staff unit to the Nursing Directorate (m/f/d) on a permanent part-time basis, starting as soon as possible. What awaits you: Close cooperation with the Nursing Directorate for the further development of our clinic. Collection, evaluation and preparation of data from nursing controlling. Preparation and submission of quality reports in the nursing area, as well as the establishment of structures and measures for the further development of nursing. Monitoring and support of Nursing Directorate projects. Nursing process and quality management. Preparation and conduct of audits, certifications and structural inspections.

Training as a nursing professional, medical assistant, paramedic, emergency paramedic (m/f/d) or equivalent. A completed degree in health management or similar would be desirable. Experience in quality management and the establishment of corresponding structures. Experience in project and process management is desirable. Experience with quality management systems. Legally required proof of immunisation against measles.
