About this Apprenticeship
Helios Catering Süd GmbH is seeking a full-time cook in Hildburghausen to start as soon as possible. The company provides meals for patients, staff and guests and offers a supportive working environment.
What You'll Learn
- Support the head chef with administrative tasks and maintaining quality standards
- Organise kitchen workflows in line with legal requirements and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
- Order supplies in cooperation and agreement with the head chef
- Contribute ideas to keep improving standards
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cook; further training as a diet cook is desirable
- Several years of experience in a hospital kitchen would be an advantage
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with awareness of quality and costs
- Knowledge of food laws and regulations
- You enjoy working in a team
- Legally required proof of immunity to measles
