Social Services Residential Park Werraaue

Your good ideas finally get heard! We are the engine for a quick and pragmatic implementation for the benefit of our patients. For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen we are looking for a social worker (m/f/d) for our residential park Werraaue in part-time (20 hours/week) as soon as possible.

• You support and guide the residents of the facility in close cooperation with the care team employees in coping with the tasks of daily life
• Participation in working life and in the social community are important components in the care of the residents. You work closely with cooperation partners in the surrounding area
• You organize together with the care team employees a balanced daily structure and individual leisure activities for the residents
• Together with caregivers, offices, authorities, and aftercare facilities you ensure an individual reintegration in accordance with the Federal Participation Act

• Degree in Social Work with focus on Clinical Social Work desired (Bachelor, Diplom, or Master of Arts degree)
• Professional experience from working in a psychiatric facility in the field of disability support
• Dynamic and innovative personality with high professional and social competence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
