MFA / Medical Assistant

Welcome to Helios Kliniken! This medical assistant apprenticeship (m/f/d), known as MFA, takes place in Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia. Start your career in healthcare and develop valuable skills for your professional future.

• You are the contact person at the reception and coordinate the practice workflow, including appointment scheduling and telephone service.
• Electronic data management as well as the maintenance and management of patient files are also part of your responsibilities.
• You work in a team of Medical Assistants (m/f/d) and specialist doctors (m/f/d) and ensure the best possible care for our patients.
• After extensive training, you will assist with examinations and treatments and support us in caring for patients before, during, and after consultations.
• Furthermore, you contribute your ideas and participate in the conceptual development of our MVZ.

• You have completed a vocational Ausbildung as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Doctor's Assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent Ausbildung
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector
• Good PC skills or the willingness to acquire them
• Sensitive and empathetic interaction with our patients
• Sense of responsibility, good communication skills and strong social competencies
• You contribute your organizational talent and are characterized by an independent and structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
