Nursing Specialist as Assistant to Ward Management P2 - Neurology

Starting as soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) as Assistant to the Ward Management of Neurology - Ward P2. Support ward management with organizational and administrative processes in ward operations, coordinate appointments, patient transports and assist with workflow planning, perform and prepare diagnostic measures (e.g. ECG, vital sign checks, POCT) as per medical order, carry out nursing and medical assistance tasks including preparation and follow-up, document in the hospital information system and ensure quality standards (QM, checklists, equipment checks), assist with material logistics, medication preparation and participate in handovers and meetings.

You have completed vocational training as a Nursing Specialist (m/f/d), professional experience in a clinical setting, ideally in acute medicine or rehabilitation, organizational skills and a structured way of working, ability to prioritize tasks in daily ward routine, teamwork and communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment, sense of responsibility, reliability and confident handling of medical documentation, legally required proof of immunization against measles.
