About this Apprenticeship

Hellmann is looking for a quality assurance employee in goods transshipment in Karlsdorf-Neuthard. You act as the link between service, transshipment warehouse and dispatch, and carry out inspections and stock checks.

What You'll Learn

Link between service, transshipment warehouse and dispatch
Carrying out warehouse audits and systematic stock checks
Handling surplus shipments – clarification, assignment, documentation
Handling refused deliveries including return and coordination with customers
Carrying out legally required checks
Checking load securing and dangerous goods regulations
Supporting internal goods transport in the transshipment warehouse
Operating industrial trucks and mobile data capture devices
General warehouse and inspection work
Flexible readiness to cover staff shortages in warehouse operations
Developing and implementing process improvements

Requirements

Training as warehouse specialist or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) desirable
Physical resilience
High level of commitment and flexibility
Experience with mobile data capture devices desirable
Basic knowledge of load securing and dangerous goods
Reliability and teamwork skills
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Willingness to work the day shift (08:00 to 16:30)
