Debonding Technician

Development of on-demand debonding prototype formulations in the lab. Transfer of debonding technologies to the product development teams in various business units and joint further development through to final product launch. Close collaboration with debonding chemists and subject matter experts.

• Developing prototype formulations and raw materials for various on-demand debonding adhesive systems
• Planning lab formulations and test work in coordination with chemists and debonding experts
• Analyzing materials and prototypes for different stakeholders in various regions
• Documenting experiments, writing result reports and evaluating the results
• Advising application technology, production and other functions during scale-up and market launch
• Using and actively helping shape digital lab systems for efficient technology development
• Helping create and maintain a safe and clean lab environment

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science
• 7 years of relevant work experience in adhesive development, preferably with a debonding focus
• Enjoyment of hands-on lab work
• Creativity and independence in lab development projects
• Passion for sustainability and the circular economy
• Fluent German and English
