Internship in Commercial Excellence

Support our new national Commercial Excellence team, made up of Category Management (CM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), the Commercial Excellence Project Management Team (ComEx) and Customer Activation Management (CAM). Depending on your preference, strengths and current availability, you will be placed in one of these teams as your main department.

• In Category Management you independently create market, competition, promo and shopper analyses based on trade panel and household panel data to derive recommendations on assortment and placement
• In Customer Activation Management you work independently on the optimal strategic activation of our brands with customers
• In Net Revenue Management you prepare pricing, assortment and promotion analyses for strategic decisions and gain insight into financial figures
• In the ComEx Project Management Team you take responsibility for strategic Commercial Excellence projects in close exchange with CM, NRM and CAM
• You can independently take on projects caring for Laundry, Home Care & Beauty categories

• Studies in economics, marketing or sales with at least two successfully completed semesters
• First practical experience from earlier internships in business development, consulting, sales or marketing is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• In-depth MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; advanced skills in e.g. Power BI, Pivot or Nielsen/IRI tools desirable
• Analytical, structured and methodical way of working
• High level of personal commitment, reliability and independence
• Available from December 2026 for ideally 5-6 months
