Skilled Worker Salt Bath Brazing

The Mechanical Components department manufactures mechanical parts through milling, sheet metal work and plastics technology, joins parts using various gluing, soldering and welding methods, paints parts and carries out assembly work.

• Carrying out pre- and post-treatment of aluminum parts in wet-chemical production
• Preparing and setting up assemblies for the salt bath brazing process
• Carrying out salt bath brazing of aluminum assemblies
• Properly aligning and reworking brazed assemblies
• Carrying out, documenting and following up regular maintenance work
• Supporting the creation and optimization of brazing instructions and the development and adjustment of brazing fixtures
• Recording and maintaining production-relevant data, especially working times and production effort, in SAP/MES

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable occupation
• Good manual skills and a strong talent for precise work
• Confident handling of technical drawings and putting them into practice in production
• First experience in soldering assemblies is an advantage
• Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and a careful, quality-oriented way of working
