Intern HENSOLDT Production System

Internship in the 'HENSOLDT Production System' department in Ulm starting 01.03.2027. The department develops production and logistics sites and promotes standardization and continuous improvement.

• Participation in shopfloor management to optimize processes and workflows
• Planning and tracking improvement ideas to increase efficiency
• Support in planning and running employee training and workshops on topics such as 6S, types of waste, push vs. pull, Kanban and problem-solving methods
• Creating training materials on lean management
• Support in recording and analyzing value streams and Makigamis
• Occasional business trips to German Hensoldt sites and best practice visits to other companies

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or a related field
• Interest in lean management and process optimization
• First experience in lean management is an advantage but not required
• Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Willingness to make occasional business trips
