Working Student in Patents

About the department For the legal department of HENSOLDT AG we are looking for a "Working Student in Patents (m/f/d)" at the Oberkochen site. The legal department is responsible for all legal matters with the exception of labor and tax law. The IP & IT Legal department acts as the central department for all subsidiaries of the HENSOLDT Group, responsible for legal advice, registration, administration and defense of trademark, patent, utility model, design, copyright and UWG rights as well as IT law.

• You prepare patent data, analyze it and support the patent team in the administration of the international patent portfolio of the HENSOLDT Group
• Familiarization with essential basics of an IP management tool as well as national employee invention and patent law
• Collaboration and proactive exchange with colleagues from various departments and hierarchy levels

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business, law, public administration or STEM sciences
• Exceptionally structured and careful way of working
• Very good proactive communication skills
• Openness and enjoyment of interdisciplinary exchange
• Willingness to independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas
• Very good German and English skills
