Professional Field Operations Counter-Drone Defense

The "Counter-UAS" division works on the fully integrated, modular solution "Elysion C-UAS", which offers the best possible performance for detecting, identifying and defending against drones in different situations. Elysion consists of a powerful, field-proven Command and Control software that provides a clear situational picture, and links long-range sensors with effective countermeasures. With it we protect, for example, military units or critical infrastructure from drones misused for espionage, vandalism or terrorist attacks.

• Conducting customer demonstrations, system presentations and technical workshops
• Preparing, setting up, commissioning and dismantling counter-drone systems
• Carrying out service, maintenance and support missions at the customer's site as part of our service obligations
• Technical support during tests, trials and operational deployments
• Checking system function under real operating conditions
• Fault analysis and structured initial assessment of technical malfunctions
• Support with configuration, parameterization and integration of the systems on site
• Briefing and training customers and operating personnel
• Supporting sales at technical customer meetings, tenders and demos
• Flying drone models to simulate targets
• Creating deployment, service and acceptance reports
• Documenting customer feedback, technical anomalies and improvement suggestions
• Reporting lessons learned to Mission Success Engineering and the relevant product or development teams
• Complying with safety requirements, operating instructions and applicable aviation law and organizational requirements

• Relevant vocational training with relevant additional qualification (e.g. technician, master craftsman) or comparable
• Experience in commissioning, technical service or field service required
• Good understanding of complex technical systems and their interfaces
• Ideally knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
• Sensors and sensor data processing,
• Radio and communication technology,
• Radar, RF or EO/IR systems,
• Networks and IT systems,
• Drone or UAS technology,
• System integration and technical verification.
• Ability to analyze technical problems systematically and document them clearly
• Confident manner with customers and enjoyment of presenting and explaining technical topics
• Willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis, nationally and internationally
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good English skills absolutely required
• Driver's license class B
• Willingness to undergo security-related checks and to work in regulated operating environments, if required for the role
