Legal Trainee (Rechtsreferendar) Legal Operations

For the Legal Operations area, a legal trainee (f/m/d) is wanted as soon as possible at the Ulm site. The Legal Operations MDS/SDAS team provides legal support for operational projects within the Multi-Domain Solutions division and helps in particular with contract drafting, contract review and contract negotiations in national and international project business.

• Independent work on demanding and varied legal questions
• Preparing legal opinions and processing complex matters
• Support in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
• Contributing to legal topics in national and international project business
• Support with cooperation agreements for industrial project structures
• Observing and assessing the interaction between contract terms and project progress

• Above-average result in the first state law examination
• Interest in economic, technical and contractual matters
• Enjoyment of practical legal work in a project and corporate setting
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Confident manner and good communication skills
• Teamwork, commitment and quick comprehension
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
