Service Data Officer Eurofighter

For the "Eurofighter Equipment Support Services" team we are looking for a "Service Data Officer Eurofighter (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible. The "Eurofighter Equipment Support Services" team at HENSOLDT ensures that our Eurofighter components are ready for deployment at all times in the air force units of our national and international customers – with innovative "Performance Based Logistics" solutions. For the next step in the further development of our services, we are looking for an experienced personality. In this responsible position, you directly contribute to the operational capability of one of the most modern air combat systems.

• Recording and structuring of data requirements from operational service
• Participation in the creation of requirements and decision templates
• Business-side partial project management in IT projects
• Ensuring implementation and operation as Product Owner
• Coordination of data flows between internal and external stakeholders
• Implementation of communication and exchange processes
• Creation and monitoring of data delivery plans
• Ensuring timely provision of data and documentation
• Processing of raw data for the business
• Ensuring data quality, consistency and audit security
• Monitoring compliance with data standards and processes
• Creation of dashboards for service performance control based on requirements from service areas
• Implementation of data strategy & governance in the area of EF service
• Continuous increase of service capability through data centricity
• Independent familiarization with technical details of complex products and service processes and continuous learning from real captured data
• Reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Completed degree, ideally in electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• Experience with data management and data standards (e.g. ASD standards)
• IT and software understanding
• Basic experience in project management, preferably in the service/MRO area
• Ideally experience in military aircraft maintenance, procurement or logistics
• Very good communication and interface skills and the ability to translate information needs into clearly formulated requirements
• Understanding of complex technical and logistical interrelationships as well as military logistics processes
• Structured, independent working style
• Fluent German and English skills
