Maintenance Technician

For the "Calibration" department, we are looking for a "Maintenance Technician (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The "Calibration" department is integrated into the "Industrial Solutions" main department. The department ensures the calibration of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments. Furthermore, the department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of machines and systems as well as everything related to electrical safety.

• Inventory of existing and new machines and systems within production
• Creation of maintenance plans
• Support in the development of respective spare parts concepts
• Maintenance of machine and system data in the maintenance system
• Support of technical machines and systems
• Planning and execution of maintenance and service activities
• Coordination of external maintenance and service providers
• Contact person for users within production
• Willingness for occasional business trips is required.

• Completed further training as a state-certified technician (f/m/d) / master craftsman (f/m/d) in electrical engineering or alternatively a completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
• Sound knowledge in the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering, and control engineering
• Several years of experience in the analysis and rectification of technical faults as well as in handling electrical and electronic components
• Experience in the professional onboarding of new employees as well as active participation in shop floor management and continuous improvement processes (CIP)
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as SAP knowledge an advantage
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Very independent, efficient, and goal-oriented way of working as well as flexibility
• High assertiveness and quick comprehension
• Negotiation-proficient German and good English skills
