Working Student Engineering Hub

For the HENSOLDT Group we are looking for a working student (f/m/d) for the Engineering Hub at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The Engineering Hub enables effective collaboration with external service providers as well as their support and administration. The cross-divisional and cross-organizational EngHub team acts as the central point of contact for all hub-relevant topics and supports the collaboration of the involved stakeholders.

• Support in maintaining and structuring data in the Atlassian environment, especially in Jira and Confluence
• Participation in the creation, updating and evaluation of reports, dashboards and key figures
• Support in the preparation and maintenance of billing-relevant data
• Collaboration in the documentation and continuous optimization of processes, templates and data structures within the Engineering Hub
• Support in performing queries, filtering and evaluations of various data sources
• Collaboration in project activities and in the further development of the Engineering Hub
• Support in the creation and preparation of training content and offers
• Support of the team with organizational and administrative tasks

• Enrolled student (f/m/d), preferably in the field of data or information management or a comparable discipline
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI desirable
• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence, for example in the areas of queries, filters, issues and boards
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing systems and processes and identify potential for improvement
• Independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Strong communication and team skills
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
