Working Student System Engineering

For the 'Digitalization and Innovation' department of HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH, we are looking for a committed working student (f/m/d) for the Smart Campus at the Oberkochen site. In your role, you will work on the digital transformation of our site. You will design exciting use cases together with and for our internal users, coordinate with external service providers, and support the project management in daily business. A subsequent bachelor's or master's thesis following the activity is possible.

• Collaboration in the 'Digitalization and Innovation' area
• Support in project management for the 'Smart Campus' project
• Creation and management of content for digital display on internal monitors (ConnectSignage)
• Participation in scheduling, organization of meetings, and documentation of results
• Content preparation of appointments with internal colleagues and external partners
• Creation of presentations in PowerPoint
• Support of all business areas with questions about modern digital work tools and, if applicable, conducting training sessions
• Assistance with administrative tasks such as digitization of documents

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) in a STEM degree program (Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering) or a comparable field
• Confident handling of modern digital work tools, especially Office 365 and SharePoint
• Secure and effective use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• Confident, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• High degree of self-organization and a prudent, careful way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form with a confident, professional writing style as well as good English skills
