Working Student Risk Management & PMO/TMO - SAP S/4HANA Transformation

For the company-wide SAP transformation program #oneSAPnow, HENSOLDT is looking for a working student as soon as possible, focused on risk management and PMO/TMO support, preferably at the Ulm site. As part of the project team, you support program and project management, especially in risk, issue and action management as well as selected PMO/TMO and governance activities.

• Risk & Issue Management: Support in identifying, assessing, documenting and tracking program-wide risks and issues as well as maintaining the risk register
• Action management: Tracking of actions, responsibilities and due dates as well as identifying critical or overdue actions
• Risk reviews: Preparation and follow-up of regular risk reviews, including coordination with risk owners and project leads
• Project controlling and reporting: Consolidating status information as well as creating risk analyses, KPI dashboards and management presentations
• PMO/TMO and governance: Support in coordinating and tracking project activities, decisions and open items as well as preparing project boards
• Project planning: Support in maintaining project plans, milestones and cross-project dependencies
• Process and tool optimization: Help with further developing and standardizing risk management and PMO/TMO processes, templates and tools

• Ongoing master's studies in economics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
• Basic understanding of project and program management as well as interest in complex IT and business transformations
• Interest in risk, issue and action management; first practical experience in project management or PMO is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Project, ServiceNow or SAP Signavio is desirable
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
• Analytical skills as well as a structured, careful and independent way of working with strong initiative and reliability
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and very good German and English skills
