• Ensuring order processing within the workshop team and towards the customer and execution of repair orders from a technical perspective and according to scheduling requirements
• Leading the workshop team including personnel deployment planning and the soldiers (m/f/d) and contractors (m/f/d) deployed in the workshop including deployment organization
• Organization of equipment acceptance, diagnosis and order processing in SAP; administration and modification of all material master data
• Participation in capacity calculation of the branch
• Enforcement of regulations on occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection and for fixed assets within the workshop team

• Completed apprenticeship as mechatronics technician (m/f/d) for motor vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural and/or construction machinery
• Additional qualification as technician, master craftsman, business administrator (m/f/d) or similar desirable
• At least 3 years professional experience as well as first leadership experience
• Driving license class B
• Knowledge of health and accident prevention regulations as well as environmental protection regulations
• A performance- and result-oriented as well as equally independent working style
