Technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned base personnel in compliance with legal and operational requirements Organizing the base (especially service delivery, customer relations, occupational safety, corporate health management, quality management) in accordance with relevant technical specifications Designing, standardizing and further developing structures, work content and processes at the base in compliance with relevant technical specifications Monitoring and analyzing key figures in area of responsibility and deriving resulting measures Planning and monitoring the assigned budget as well as fixed and current assets

Completed university degree (Master/Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration) or a comparable relevant qualification Several years of leadership experience desirable Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Good knowledge of change, process and project management Good knowledge of the Bundeswehr's logistics system Results-oriented, independent working style and ability to lead a team successfully Willingness to travel regularly, Class B driver's license
