Workshop Team Leader

Technical and disciplinary leadership of directly assigned employees in compliance with legal and operational requirements, ensuring work results through structured organization, coordination, and optimal use of resources in the quality assurance area, participation in standardization and continuous development of structures, processes, and work content considering relevant requirements, monitoring and analyzing key figures in the area of responsibility and deriving resulting measures.

Completed technical vocational training, preferably with additional qualification such as master craftsman or bachelor's degree (all genders), proficient use of MS Office and SAP S4 HANA, good knowledge of the Bundeswehr logistics system, independent, careful, structured, and reliable working style with high sense of responsibility, communication and team skills, convincing appearance, conflict and negotiation skills, and ability to motivate and develop employees, class B driver's license.
