Apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician for passenger vehicle technology at HIL GmbH. The training combines technical, practical and systematic work on passenger cars and Bundeswehr vehicles.

Analyze and test the functions of passenger cars and their electrical, electronic and mechanical systems; work on training vehicles and, depending on the location, Bundeswehr vehicles such as Dingo, Boxer, Fuchs and Leopard; request and provide parts, materials, tools and equipment for specific orders; measure electrical and electronic values and signals and inspect connections and cables; systematically identify faults and malfunctions, resolve their causes and document completed work.

Strong school-leaving qualification or vocational college qualification; school leavers who discontinued university studies are also welcome; passion for working on vehicles; curiosity and a reliable approach to work; open communication and commitment to teamwork; manual dexterity and technical understanding.

Training salary of €1,235 in the first year, increasing to up to €1,385 in the third year or €1,445 in the fourth year; trainee tablet; travel and rent subsidies; coverage of many training-related expenses; 30 days of annual leave; good prospects of permanent employment with a crisis-proof employer; company health management.
