Office Management Apprenticeship 2026

Three-year office management apprenticeship in Dortmund starting on 1 August 2026. At HKL, you will learn commercial processes in the rental and sale of construction machinery, from invoice checking and financial accounting through to controlling.

• Record accounting documents and assist with annual closing
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare payment reminders
• Work with customers, suppliers and employees
• Use the merchandise management programme and CRM system confidently
• Collaborate with other branches and departments
• Gain insight into invoice checking, financial accounting, controlling and the construction machinery and equipment portfolio

• Intermediate school certificate
• Interest in the construction machinery industry
• Willingness to develop individually
