IT Administration with Focus on Service Management

As an IT administrator focused on service management, you are a central contact point for our employees and help keep the IT environment stable and efficient.

• Handling IT incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support
• Logging, prioritizing and documenting tickets in the ticket system
• Processing requests according to the service catalog and internal guidelines
• Forwarding and escalating complex cases to specialist departments
• Ensuring the quality of ticket handling
• Creating service reports and helping optimize service processes
• Maintaining user accounts and supporting access rights management
• Supporting the care of clients, software and IT workplaces

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support, ideally 1st and 2nd level
• Confident use of ticket systems
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Experience with user and permission management is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as basic English skills
