Become part of our shared success story as a Customer Service Center Employee (m/f/d) in the administration department at the Schifferstadt site, Mühlweg 4, for Plastocell Kunststoff GmbH, part-time, initially limited to one year.

Independent processing of customer orders, deadline tracking and complaint management in close cooperation with relevant departments Creation and follow-up of offers as well as monitoring of customer-specific project plans Interface to the customer, including conducting internal and external customer visits when required Tracking of sales targets, analysis and derivation of relevant measures together with the sales team lead Preparation of monthly KPIs and other sales-relevant key figures and evaluations Assumption of special tasks in coordination with the sales management Maintenance, monitoring and evaluation of EDI data to ensure smooth data exchange

Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or office management clerk, ideally with professional experience in customer service Several years of professional experience in sales administration in a manufacturing industrial company Knowledge of the requirements of the automotive supply industry and experience with customer portals is an advantage Strong business understanding and technical interest Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Navision or BC365 is a plus Strong organizational skills and excellent communication and media competence
