And here our shared story begins: in the diverse HÜBNER team as a Machine Operator with Setup Function (m/f/d) in the Production department at the Kassel site, Antonius-Raab-Straße 5 for HÜBNER GmbH & Co. KG / limited to 2 years.

Independent setup, configuration and programming of machines in the production process. Checking tool status during unsetup and initiating maintenance measures when required. Programming of machines as well as requesting and providing required tools. Reporting deviations from work plans and parts lists to production management. Cooperation with the specialist department to identify and rectify machine malfunctions. Labeling of components and documentation of respective work progress. Execution of inspection orders and organization of internal transport of components.

Completed 3-year vocational training, preferably as a process mechanic, or several years of professional experience in the relevant field. Pronounced manual dexterity, technical understanding and sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials science. Very good German language skills in word and writing as well as advanced MS Office skills. Ability to work in a team, flexibility, independent and solution-oriented way of working and high reliability. Experience in training colleagues and applying problem-solving techniques. Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and possession of a forklift truck license. Willingness to undergo an induction period of up to 3 months.
