• Performance of caretaker services and winter services
• Care and maintenance of outdoor facilities
• Support in concierge service and parking monitoring
• Performance of moving and transport services within the company
• Support in security and cleaning services
• Support in the supervision of security, building and environmental technology
• Participation in maintenance measures on building technical systems
• Support in the area of telecommunications and network technology
• Contact person for internal customers on infrastructural and technical issues

• Successfully completed craft vocational training, e.g. as mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electronics technician or comparable qualification
• Ideally several years of professional experience in a craft or technical environment
• Good craft skills and technical understanding
• Basic IT skills and confident use of common Microsoft Office applications
• Organizational talent and independent, structured way of working
• High service and customer orientation
• Teamwork, flexibility and reliability
• Good German skills written and spoken
• Driver's license class B desirable
