A three-year training programme at Hunkemöller focusing on sales, customer advice and everyday store operations. After completing the training, there are opportunities for permanent employment and further development.

• Advise customers and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Present products attractively
• Work at the checkout and handle payment transactions
• Support sales campaigns and promotions
• Keep the store clean, tidy and inviting with the team
• Learn how the store operates and how the back office processes run

• Lower secondary school certificate, intermediate school certificate or equivalent qualification
• Interest in fashion, trends and retail
• Enjoyment of talking to and helping people
• Good German skills, at least B1 level
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility to work during store opening hours
• At least 16 years old
