Sales Representative

HUSQVARNA Forest & Garden develops solutions from chainsaws to robotic mowers. Sales territory: Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania region and adjacent areas. The focus is on independently managing and developing your assigned customer base in the defined territory.

• Independently managing and developing your assigned customer base in the defined territory
• Analyzing dealers' individual sales performance, identifying growth opportunities and actively developing and expanding the dealer network
• Sustainably securing/increasing sales and market share by implementing marketing measures and sales concepts in the territory
• Advising dealers on improving Husqvarna visibility at the point of sale
• Developing and implementing sales strategies together with other departments
• Active market monitoring and participation in regional and national trade fairs, events and product presentations

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, agriculture, landscape management or related disciplines, or completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with further training in core sales topics
• Ideally first sales experience in specialist retail distribution with a proven track record
• Enjoy dealing with technology and selling a strong brand
• Result-oriented way of working, confident and competent presence, convincing rhetoric and strong negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and good self-management
• High level of teamwork ability
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
• Place of residence centrally in the sales territory
• Enjoy traveling in the territory
