Apprenticeship as IT System Management Specialist

You will learn to understand customer requirements and design suitable software solutions. You will accompany proof of concepts and develop concrete solutions. You will gain insights into the planning, control, and successful implementation of customer projects across various industries. You will learn how customer consulting works and support the team in creating offers and price calculations. You will see how sales, consulting, and IT interact and what matters in professional customer care. You will get to know various company areas, including IT support and software development. You will understand how important a structured way of working, good communication, and independent action are for successful IT projects.

Understand customer requirements and design suitable software solutions; prepare and accompany proof of concepts; gain insights into planning, controlling, and implementing customer projects; advise customers and support in creating offers and price calculations; experience the interplay of sales, consulting, and IT; gain insights into IT support and software development; apply structured work methods, good communication, and independent action.

You have a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur). Career changers from IT or business studies are also welcome. You are enthusiastic about IT and technology and have a good logical understanding. You enjoy communicating, have fun with customer contact, and like working in a team. You work in a structured and reliable manner and are motivated to contribute your own ideas. Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) skills.
